Sign Up details
Signing up to our secret Santa(both physical and virtual) is quick and easy and can be done by following the steps below.
Step One:
Chose which charity to donate to. Or donate to all. This is your choice.
To donate to Sanctuary for Kids click here
To donate to the Nyantende Foundation click here. Their paypal button is set up for a $25 donation however if you email me I will happily arrange to collect smaller donations and will donate them on your behalf and provide proof of this.
To donate to Stand for the Silent click here. I will also accept proof of purchase in their online shop as proof of donation. The human elf behind Sanctuary Santa is a fan of their glow in the dark bracelets.
Step Two:
Email [email protected] with proof of a minimum donation to one of the above charities. I will also accept recent donations to Sanctuary for Kids’s Bricks and Blocks winter campaign.
In this email please state whether you want to take part in the physical or virtual secret santa(or both).
Step Three:
Fill in the short form that will be emailed to you and return it
Step Four:
Receive an email containing details about you secret santa receiptant. Buy/create/gift. As a general rule the gift should be no more than £5 in your local currency. Please ensure it is in the post by the last postage date for Christmas arrival.
If anyone has not received a gift by the 25th December. I will personally ensure that a gift is delivered to you in the new year. No one will go without
For the virtual secret santa I will add everyone details together and will try and match peoples requests i,e fan fiction exchanges, asking people to do a random act of kindness.
Any general requests that do not require a direct response will be posted to the entire Sanctuary Santa community
Step Five:
Receive your festive gift

Sit back and enjoy the moment of knowing that you have helped put a smile on a persons face and raised money for an amazing cause.

The physical secret santa will cost you a minimum donation to £5 plus £5 for a gift and postage. The virtual secret santa will cost you the minimum donation of £5 plus your time and energy in creating a virtual piece of art/thought etc
