It warms my heart there are so many people in this world who give a shit about book art. ❤️🙌🏻 #nybookartfair @printedmatterinc (at MoMA PS1)
Parts of this are super where my head is right now. It is interesting to hear other thoughts on found images. I find myself getting caught up in wanting to know all of the stories behind these images. The idea of getting to know people, even strangers, through their discarded photographs. Schmid seems more drawn to the concept of how people as a whole use photography, and how that has changed over time. Both great concepts to think about. I really enjoyed this video clip and am looking forward to finding him at the NY Book Art Fair this weekend.
