Working on a project called "WONDERFUL DELIGHTS TO RUN FOR DURING YOUR LUNCH BREAK". - ⚡Around lunch time, when I have a break that is 25-30 minutes (or the RARE 60 minutes), I start jogging in Manhattan in a direction I haven't gone before. - ⚡When I hit a little before my half way point, I do some research to find the highest rated coffee house in that area. And BOOM, I'm experiencing life in a unique part of NYC, exercising my LYMPHATIC SYSTEM (which jogging and REBOUNDING work nicely!), getting a nice and easy moderate RECOVERY cardio workout PRE-LUNCH AND working NEUROPLASTICITY through this UNIQUE NEW YORK experience !! - ⚡OH, and then there IS a lunch at the end of this little midday metabolic boost. I try to end this mini-workout with a few isometric holds for 60 seconds each to get that GLUT 4 receptor activated to help with the end of workout lunch inhalation!!
