As someone who isn’t trans, you posting hate about someone is making me upset. Or does that only work in your favor? There’s no different of you being upset and hurt than someone else feeling that way. You’re using being trans as an excuse.

if you're not trans, it's not your place to tell me that being upset by clear transphobia is hateful? being criticized doesn't mean being thrown hate at. the group is transphobic. it's not hateful to say it, it's pointing out a fact.

actually nyclightshq changed their diversity rule to still say BIPOC but added in trans, body diverse, and disabled so the one admin can get away with two white faces

i agree that there needs to be trans representation so that part is okay with me. what isn't okay is adding in sexuality in their interpretation of diversity. and that has been done mostly so one player can continue to play their 3 white characters. playing nicholas galitzine as homosexual isn't ground breaking and writing him as trans is not representation since they're not using someone who is trans. they're just using a white cis het actor and trying to claim it as diverse.

diversity guidelines should be there to ensure that a group has representation and bipoc are the one less represented in the rpc. also, if that member can't be bothered to play non-white characters, then there's a huge racism problem right there.
