My elder brother is currently digging into another games. Thus, he gives me his account and now I can give my operator Gilbert a sibling。゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。 His name is Andrew(ノ>ω<)ノ
GoF Chapter 34- Priori Incantantem
- Harry takes a split second to consider doing the smart thing and running like hell but alas he’s got a bum leg - “what use would it be to deprive Voldemort of his wand” I don’t know Harry please do tell me why you insist on constantly doing it - The thought of this twenty-one year old kid dying “straight-backed and proud” makes me feel all of the things - Voldemort getting “excited” over taunting and torturing Harry is yikes - And Harry continues to be all brave and proud and refuses to give in. I talk a lot of shit about Gryffindor bravery when it manifests as recklessness, but this whole scene is admirable - Priori Incantantem is the biggest deus ex machina and it’s totally pointless when you factor in that using Harry’s blood means Voldemort tethered him to life. - I imagine it to be beautiful, though, much prettier than that lightsaber battle the movie gave us - Phoenix song giving Harry hope because he connects it with Dumbledore makes me ugly cry - And I love that a sound of hope and bravery for the hero fills the villain with fear, that’s such a nice touch - CEDRIC ;-; - Are these actually ghosts or spirits or just projections of the people Voldemort killed? It’s never made clear but they clearly have some sort of consciousness and memories of their lives - “Killed me, that one did.” Frank Bryce is a master of understatement and kind of my hero - Why did Wormtail use Voldemort’s wand to kill all these people instead of his own? - The thought of Cedric, Frank, and Bertha hissing insults to Voldemort makes me happy - I have the edition with the mistake, where James appears first and then Lily, where it should be the other way around - How do the ghosts know the Portkey goes back to Hogwarts? - “Take my body back to my parents” I’m not crying there’s a giant sequoia in my eye - And Harry gets away and Voldemort goes NYEEEEEEH - I got through the whole graveyard scene without mentioning tap-dancing!
i so regret this
I'm shipping this already and Shays telling me to beware of the tags
