Jessica and Lily looked super classy and glamorous at the Ralph Lauren show. I really liked both these looks, even though they’re completely opposite.
Jessica’s gown is just stunning. I’m always a fan of a sequin gown. Jessica’s hair just looks amazing against the black gown. She looks like she could be attending an awards show in this look. I just think it’s such a good look and she looks amazing.
Lily also looks great in her suit. I think it looks so sleek and crisp. I love that her hair is slicked. She looks like she can be James Bond. A great look!
The "Support the Girls" star made history with her win.
It was a good day for Reginas, as two won big big at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards: Regina King won Best Supporting Actress for “If Beale Street Could Talk,” while Regina Hall’s performance in “Support the Girls” netted her Best Actress laurels. The latter award proved historic: Hall is the first black woman to be so honored in the NYFCC’s 83-year history.

Support the Girls' star Regina Hall has accepted her award for Best Actress from the New York Film Critics Circle, making her the first African-American woman to receive the honor.
Hall won the award in November for Support the Girls, in which she played the manager of a Hooters-esque bar. Her win made her the first Black actress to receive the ward in its 83-year history. She was able to finally receive her award during the New York Film Critics Circle's Awards ceremony Monday.
Hall posted about her acceptance of the award on Instagram. "So honored to be the first Black woman to receive the New York Film Critics Circle Award for Best Actress. And thank you @andrewrannells for such an incredible introduction. Love you to the moon and back!"

So basically 83 years later, they feel a Black woman is finally worthy to be given their award?? Regina Hall is an underrated comedic actress. She deserves to be acknowledged and honored, but this shit is ridiculous. 83 years?!
