Aha! Why hello! It depends on the riddler? For example ,i don't ship the 2022 Riddler with anyone!,, I do know some ship him with Bats (the fanart is epic) but im not fully one to ship them? Gotham Ed however!,, yes! I ship him with Oswald!,,like many XD ,,I also tend to like the little ship dynamic people have between Harvey (Two Face) and Ed!! Ed and Crane are cool too ,I dont really ship them anyway,so the answer is. Yea!!

I ship Edward with Oswald (the penguin -- NygmaCobblepot) and at times, Two Face! ,,hopefully this will not change your opinion!!
