No but serious question, but how do the Rogues plan what week or month or day to pull off their plans? Yes, they probably all want all out chaos or to restore Gotham in their image but they all have different MOs and values so unless it's special circumstances they won't work together. It's not smart to step on a fellow Rogue's toes without purpose. I think they have something like the Legion of Doom but it's mainly attended by attourneys and assistants who have to haggle over the choicest slots.
