@scienceofselfytt has been working with @nyhre for the past year to bring Acupressure to their community. It’s been an amazing experience. And this amazing woman- Nevine Michaan - founder of @katonahyogacenter - came to support us yesterday. She is the OG original Guru of Chinese medicine and Yoga combined.
