I’m finally getting some great carbon-fiber-nylon prints out of my Lulzbot TAZ5 + NylonX filament. still having some difficulty with the support material settings, but am getting much better surface finish after turning the flow rate down to 80%. Are you calibrating for the strongest possible part? This piece is an extrusion multiplier calibration model - easy to split processes to TEST what settings give the best layer adhesion. For this NylonX block, the whole thing looked perfect - but the section with 1.0x multiplier had the best inter-layer adhesion!
