On November 4, I'll be one of almost 50,000 runners from all corners of the globe running 26.2 miles through 5 boroughs in the 2018 TCS NYC Marathon @nycmarathon. The iconic New York City event will be challenging to complete no doubt 😀, but a welcome challenge of mind and body. That was a fun 15 mile morning. Met @patriciachoux and @gordonbakoulis in the corral of the #CPSpringClassic and then Patricia and I run every step of the 10k together. All three got 1st in our AG and Gordon was 4th woman 😊👏. We then run a Harlem Hill with Patricia and Justin, then I run to the #nyrrruncenter and Gordon and I hosted the #nyrrhistoryrun through the park. That's a morning... (at Upper East Side)

Another awesome Facebook Live Chat with Amazing Coach @gordonbakoulis and Fabulous Coach @mkann at the #nyrrruncenter talking about #womenshistorymonth and the #WomenRunTheWorld and #mini10k races and, of course, the #UnitedNYCHalf and answering questions... fun times overall.
