I set up my rig early at the #prospectparkalliance Gala to take advantage of the fading sunlight with no time to waste. I have to admit I always get self-consciousness when I start painting in a crowd. It seems like I’m stumbling around scatterbrained. Eventually it all starts to click. Oil on wood, 8”x8”, 2022. My 3rd piece today is of the #bayridgepromenade looking north up the #hudsonriver. I captured some neighbors enjoying this amazing spot and the water turned this passionate aqua blue gray that I could never do justice to. And it got windy, which you can see in the reel.
