The Xyberhawk 2000 (or Xyberhawx Techno Union, if you will) will compete in their second King of Trios tournament later this Summer! Danjerhawk stands in for the inactive Sylverhawk, who still holds his Golden Opportunity earned from the Infinite Gauntlet to this day. Will they be able to make it out of the first round this year?

The final match for “Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes” has been set! At the “Hour of Power” this past Saturday, Merlok and Oceanea not only halted the Campeones de Parejas hopes and dreams of Sylverhawk and Razerhawk, but Merlok gave Sylverhawk three Emerald Flowsions after the match. The Xyberhawk 2000 Twitter makes it sound like he may not return.
However, Razerhawk also accrued two points with the third member of the X2K, and they will go for point number three this Saturday! The Beach Bums return from National Pro Wrestling Day, hoping to make the most of their second chance to make a first impression. Will they also dash the Xyberhawx championship hopes and dreams, or will we have new challengers for the gold at the end of the night?

Danjerhawk made an incredible first impression when he won the Infinite Gauntlet match last weekend, earning an immediate Golden Opportunity to be cashed in at any time! Now, Danjerhawk will help his fellow hawk brethren gain some revenge on The Creatures of the Deep who injured Sylverhawk and took him out of CHIKARA, presumably, for good. Will this new X2K trio find themselves victorious over some of the most dangerous members of the CHIKARA roster?

The full card for “Kill The Moon” for this Sunday in Enfield, CT has been revealed!
The battle between the Xyberhawx and the Crustaceans continues as all three members of Xyberhawx 2000 face the Seven Seas triumvirate of Hermit Crab, Cajun Crawdad, and Merlok.
Missile Assault Man and Hallowicked could both potentially be going for their third point when they face each other one-on-one. Could either man be leaving Enfield with a Grand Championship opportunity?
Finally, The Furies of Fire Ant, Solo Darling, and Travis Huckabee face Jeremy Leary, Rory Gulak, and Sloan Caprice. The last time Fire Ant was in Trios action, he put Frightmare out of action indefinitely. We’ll see if the odd trio will be able to work against the well oiled machine of former Campeones.

When Kobald was resurrected from the dead to take UltraMantis Black’s spot in the Arcane Horde during the Challenge of the Immortals tournament, he was terrified to learn his fellow Batiri brethren had befriended Oleg the Usurper, the man who beheaded Dragon Dragon and stood by the side of Deucalion, the man who killed Kobald in the first place. We knew Oleg had changed his ways, but to reassure Kobald, Oleg vowed to never harm him. This became an issue when Kobald became hexed by Nazmaldun and Oleg was pitted against him in several matches. Nevertheless, Oleg kept his vow.
Kobald was “freed” from Nazmaldun’s hex at the end of Season 16, but felt there was a fissure in his brain, seemingly and effect caused by the resurrection, hex, and unhexing all amalgamating. Kobald felt the only way to get his head right was for Oleg to hit his “Off With His Head” finishing move. Despite this helping Kobald, Oleg would be breaking his vow to do so, and there was no way to guarantee it would even work. However, during his Grand Championship encouner with Juan Francisco de Coronado, Coronado blinded Oleg with powder. Kobald took advantage of Oleg’s temporary blindness. He snuck into the ring, Oleg mistook him for Juan, and nailed Off With His Head on Kobald. Accoridng to Kobald, the move worked, and the fissure in his brain was gone.
Since then, Kobald has felt indebted to Oleg and tried to show his thanks in unorthodox ways. The latest of those ways was to pester Director of Fun Mike Quackenbush until he had no choice but to put Kobald and Oleg in a tag team match. They will team for the first time against the Xyberhawx 2000 in Gibsonville, NC on July 8th. Will Oleg play along and cooperate with Kobald, or will this strange bedfellows tandem be easy prey for the birds?
“The Parting of Ways” - Gibsonville, NC - Saturday July 8th, 2:00 PM

4. Officer Warren Barksdale (1 Point) vs. Hallowicked (0 Points)
5. “Mr. Touchdown” Mark Angelosetti (2 Points) vs. Jeremy Leary (2 Points)
