I have used the UD primer potion for years and the Smashbox primer, but this stuff is like magic. I have runny eyes, due to allergies and this makes your shadows waterproof. Brilliant for my favourite @meltcosmetics and @anastasiabeverlyhills palettes. I am shocked at how good it is and how cheap it is compared to the more expensive brands.
