had a trot around wellington botanical gardens today, it was very beautiful
imagine walking barefoot into a bookstore. your feet enjoy the soft carpet, your nose the smell of books. you have forgotten about the flower still tucked behind your ear. you look through the feminism section, a gay pride flag over your head. a queen playlist is playing in the background. you walk out with a new oscar wilde book. yes, i had a great day.
can i just say many exciting and dream-like things have happened to me in new zealand so far and it would make a hundred very high quality tumblr posts but i am about to live in a yoga studio in central wellington where they practise eastern meditation because i walked into the right person at the right time and if this isn’t magical to some degree then i don’t know
Alas I am finally home in my beloved cold and crisp hometown ❤️❤️❤️ Everything feels rather surreal (and I'm jet-lagged AF) but it feels good to be back again!
