Episode 1077: Yasuie and Toko's Smile-eating scene was touching. Yasuie's story is understated, but underscores so much of this arc. And it settles, once and for all, whether his laughter came from a Smile or not (the Vivre cards from a few years ago seemed to indicated that ti didn't).

       A defective SMILE user, O-Toko is the adopted daughter of Shimotsuki Yasuie. As a kamuro for the Oiran, she made money that Tonoyasu would use for the town of Ebisu. During her time there, she became best friends with the lady Komurasaki, who eventually revealed she was none other than Kozuki Hiyori. Even though she can’t express anything other than smiles and laughter, she is typically genuinely happy. That is until the day her father was executed. As much as she wanted to cry, all she could do was laugh. A truly horrid curse. Currently, she is enjoying the night of the Fire Festival, unaware that Onigashima is flying straight towards the capital, preparing to crash into it. 15 minutes remain.

So Zoro and Robin will always be my OTP and Chopper will always be the adorable little child....BUT

Thank you Wano Arc for giving me two other gorgeous women who are just amazing with Zoro
