Magda blinked at Danny, her face bearing the obvious question of ‘really?’ before she shook her head. “Would you like list organised alphabetically, by likelihood, or chronologically by when I see them happening?”

“Weeelll…” He said with a swaying hand, he knew he went a bit crazy at times, being on the road meant a lot of down time. And that usually meant alcohol. “Define ridiculous exactly, it was a few drinks, well…..a few more than a few to be honest.”
Magda shook her head with a laugh. “So, you had more than you should have, is what I’m hearing.” She almost wanted to ask just how much he’d had to drink if he was broke by morning. “I mean, it’s ridiculous enough that you’re currently broke, so... Did you not check your account before you went drinking? Because rule number one is that you always check and rule number two is that you always know how much what you’re drinking costs.”
“ i’m already broke & it’s only 7:45 in the morning . ” [danny and magda]
Magda looked over at Danny and shook her head. “Did all your bills just come out or did you get ridiculous last night?” Sure, life on the road tended to cost a lot of money and not always for the best pay, but being broke by 7:45 am was definitely rough.

It had been a while since his sister had moved out and Oliver was starting to feel the inconvenience of not having his sister around all the time. He knocked at her door - hoping that she’d be home. Work was getting a bit slow and he was feeling bored staying at an empty home. It felt like a good time to stop by and catch up with Danny. Plus he was running out of food and it might be a good time to see what snacks she had stocked.
