Ishizu has this rule that she won’t use her necklace on the month of her birthday. Or else, she will never have a surprise party or know what her co-workers bought for her.

(She finds out that her little 13-year-old brother is a leader of a secret organization later. I mean...it was a probability on her necklace...but it was like...a 1 in 30 chances of that happening. Plus, she didn’t wanted to believe it)
