Tolerance film behind the Scenes Photos update
Following Sundays exciting news that the Tolerance film behind the scenes photos had finally been found after being lost for nearly 20 years, the films producer Ben Brown gave this update.
Spent Yesterday going through the Tolerance photos there were about 97 in all to go through,, most of which were in black and white though about 3O of these were in colour The colour ones cover the nightmare shooting at the Kirklees building called Oakmead and a few shots of Huddersfield Train station.
Rob Martin’s Pictures cover most of the main locations of the Tolerance film Huddersfield Train Station, Oakmead, and the Huddersfield Branch of what was Worklink which shut in 2014 .
When I was at the re-launch of the Tolerance film on Friday the 6th April a friend of mine Helen Batty approached me with some more Tolerance related Photos, among them was about 10 photos related to the Tolerance film. which cover the last day of shooting at Odeon Cinema and Ropewalk pub in Huddersfield. The only hole in the Tolerance story now is of the first days shooting at Liam Centino’s and Gemma Blagbourgh’s houses but you never know some more pictures might turn up.
Before finding these pictures I was in the middle of writing 2 blogs Memories on a movie set and Ability not in Ability a Producers commentary Parts I and II. Thanks to these photos I have had to greatly extend the later so we can tell more of the Tolerance story Plans are also on the drawing board to exhibit these photos at disability related events later on in the year
