Memories of the Past

The party had been going on for about two hours when Sora finally showed up, he hadn’t been sure if he had wanted to attend or not, feeling uneasy for once about it, but he ignored it and let the need to let loose take priority.
It didn’t take him long to get into the groove of things, laughing and talking with the college kids who were throwing it, but something kept eating at him and he didn’t know what. It was making his stomach really uneasy, yet he never thought of just leaving and partying another day. He stayed against what his gut was telling him, and after making a quick stop to the restroom he regretted everything.
Somehow he had missed the sirens and when he exited he found people rushing to get out of the house, to save themselves. He was frozen in fear. He was screwed, he was a high school sophomore and he was here, at a college party, with intentions to get drunk and fool around, something that was illegal for him, and now he was going to face the punishment. He didn’t think of running until it was too late, an officer had spotted him and was now asking to see his ID.
Everything was a blur after that and the next thing he knew, he was in a holding cell being told to call someone to pick him up. He couldn’t all his parents, they would be so disappointed in him, and he couldn’t have that. No. It would kill him. He only had one option, he only hoped it was the best one.
It was late, really late, but he knew that he was still awake....or he could only hope he was. The phone rang once.....twice....and in the middle of the third ring he heard his tired voice.
“.....Roxas.....can you.....can you come pick me up....”
