This vegan chocolate oatmeal banana bread is a delicious and nutritious treat, perfect for breakfast or as a snack. It's moist, chocolatey, and packed with the goodness of oats and bananas.
Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined. Fold in vegan chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
