Date, banana, dark choc, oat balls :)
This isn’t me going on a health craze or anything but more so trying to be a little healthy where I can but also finding something convenient and easy to make/take on the go.
So here’s the first edition of oat balls! I’ll try to make new flavours every week. :)
Don’t forget to add a touch of cinnamon :p
They are super easy to make
Literally chucking together some ripe bananas cutting up dates and adding some dark choc for taste (i melted the dark choc with the dates for 20 seconds just so it was a little mushy) and added then adding the oats in, to the consistency you want. The proportions don’t really matter, it really just depends on what you like best. Some people prefer honey over dates :)
Refrigerate!!
