This right here is very Barackula coded to me it's very funny. Him @ IWantDie even, if you're into that. Feels like exactly the sorta performative overdramatic song you'd expect of a popstar-turned-vampire

A lot of the vampire lyrics are fairly self-explanatory in how they relate to Barackula. Plus, like you mentioned, the overall dramatic vibes really suit him well too!! But additionally, I liked the lyrics "Walkie talkie static, white noise telepath / can you read between the morse code lines"! It makes me think that maybe a few of the songs Barackula wrote back in his popstar days made it onto the radio, which is a really neat idea!! :)
I also particularly liked the lines "Are we on the same page yet? I'm getting old here / come on, don't you get it? What the heck?", since I feel like if Barackula were to be in love with anyone, he WOULD be very direct about it lol. He reads as the type that could be subtle if he wanted to, but he'd likely feel no need, so he'd be a major flirt instead!!
I also think I Want Die makes a lot of sense as the person who Barackula is singing towards, considering how the lyrics relate to the ending of life and whatnot!! I think if anyone in the cast would be endeared by these metaphors, it'd be him. But really, this would work well with any Barackula ship of choice!! :)
Anyways, this got me thinking about Barackula singing this at karaoke night, so I made art of that!! Featuring Jefferson on the piano, the talented lad!! How is he so good at playing the piano without fingers, you may ask? I don't know. You'd have to ask him, lol.
