When Person A reaches their long-time goal of having a waist measurement that’s larger than their height, Person B buys them a big chocolate cake to have all to themselves to celebrate.
Imagine your OTP as two members of a marching band. Person A is an athletic drum major, and Person B is a timid, chubby freshman.
Each practice begins with warming up, which includes jogging around the football field after a few stretches. A notices early in the season that B can’t bend over to reach their toes during the stretches due to their big belly, and once everybody has to start running, they waddle behind the rest of the band, dripping sweat. When B attempts to give up, A pushes them on, eyeing their rapidly jiggling midriff as they finish their laps.
B is obviously struggling more than the rest, so A takes up the job of teaching them the ropes: how to march, how to hold their instrument/flag/rifle/saber, and more. The two begin to bond over private sessions that A insists on scheduling, each one ending with a reward of some sort of junk food (pizza, chocolates, ice cream, etc) for a job well done.
Come the end of the season, not only is B the best freshman marcher, but they’ve now got a much larger layer of adipose covering their newly-found muscles and a drum major for a partner.
BONUS: Off-season, Person B continues to “stay in shape” by keeping up on their marching skills with Person A as a coach, and each session ends in B stuffing their face as A encourages and keeps providing more and more food. By the time marching band season rolls around again, B is twice the size they were before. Maybe a new chubby freshman joins the band and A and B mentor them?
Imagine your OTP find voodoo dolls of each other. As a joke, A puts a bit of stuffing in their partner's doll's butt, making it sligtly bigger. B starts to feel a tingling sensation, and they find that their butt has gotten a bit more pudgier. Imagine B getting A to stuff more of the doll - Where they add more stuffing to the doll and how big they get is up to you.
Imagine your favorite character going into a clothing store and being unable to find anything that fits them - not because they’re too big, but because they’re too short. Either the clothes are just the right length but way too tight, or just the right width but outrageously long - and they don’t know what it’s going to be until they try it on.
Bonus: It gets all the more complex when they start stuffing and their clothing gets even more disproportionate as their belly expands.
Imagine your favorite character keeping various foods (cookies, candy etc.) by their bed so that, if they wake up hungry, or just want a midnight snack, they don’t have to waddle all the way to the kitchen to get it.
Imagine your favorite character, who’s already quite fat, sitting at the table eating. They hear a creaking sound, and they realize it’s the chair they’re sitting on. But before they have time to heft their bulk out of the chair—SNAP! The legs break, sending them crashing to the floor. They sit there, too stunned to move, and start thinking that maybe it’s time for them to get some new, much stronger chairs. Then they shrug and carry on eating.
Imagine your fave character in front of a mirror, examining their constantly fed stomach, swelling hips, forming double chin and all their bulk tentatively with getting-just-as pudgy fingers, from all angles. They’ve been getting fatter and gaining weight but wonder if they can get even bigger, just for you.
Imagine your favorite character, who is very heavy and very stuffed, attempting to get up and get some more food. The jiggling of their stomach as they move sets off a lot of gurgling and discomfort, so they end up setting up a chair in front of the fridge, so they don’t have to keep moving back and forth. Imagine them eating until they don’t have to move for their stomach to gurgle from overfullness - and they end up falling asleep while trying to soothe it.
