I'm just a huge fan of the idea of being conditioned to be used as a plushie. The body hair and weight gain is just to make me more cuddly!! And why would a plushie need to do anything other than be cuddled? Just sitting on their owners lap and hey maybe they're "hugging" their owners dick/strap but that's a normal plushie thing anyways!! Tdick has always been a type of fidget toy also. Just a brainless little plushie clinging onto their owner and being oh so soft and oh so loved.
