レニィの装備については何回も話してるかもしれないので既に聞いたことのある方はスルーしてください。同じこと何回も話す癖があるんですよこの人。

オブリ世界の服を描く時、勿論ゲーム内の画像を参考にはするんですが、もう少し詳細に描きたい時は「中世兵士の服装」という本を参考にしてます。レニィの装備や旅の時の衣食住は大体これを参考に考えてます。と言ってもこいつ木上での就寝が多いんですけど。

で、オブリ(やリム)のローブの下って皆何も着てないんだろうか？という疑問がふっと沸いたので改めてレニィの服の素材とかを考えてみてた。

中世のローブはウールがメインだったとのことなのでレニィのローブはウール一択。油を塗りこむとレインコート的な効果もあるとのことなので猪脂を塗り込んでおきます。美味しそうな匂いしそう…

中世でもローブの下は普通の木綿のシャツに長ズボンだったようです。

レニィは戦いを伴う旅をしてるのでローブの下は(シャツとの間に)鎖帷子かギャンベソン(羊毛や綿やぼろきれを包んで服にした布版鎖帷子みたいなもの)を仕込んどこうかとも思ったのですが、レニィは荷物を沢山持つ関係上身軽であることを最重視してるかつ暗殺じみたスニーキングもするので音を極力立てないようにしたいので、結局どっちも止めました。

傷をおおうが厚かろうが寒かろうが山中で毒虫にたかられようが彼は薬一個で何とでもしてしまえるので。

で、考えた末こうなりました。ローブの下にお金を入れてるのは万が一普段使いの財布がスられた時用の備えです。初めて上京してきた人みたい。

投げナイフを使う描写はまだ描いたことありませんが、いつか描いてみたいです。

NVみたいにオブリとかにも投擲武器があったら楽しかっただろうなぁ。
