Just thinking about Eve being a Nephilim and all. And how powerful she could be and Heaven just plopping her down in the den of lions (Devildom), as a way for her to socialise better and to control her powers. I can see her not wanting to be near the demons in case she accidentally smites any.

With Eve's shop in the Devildom she needed somewhere to live. Ideally where the main cast were not living, she has a flat above her shop making it easier for her to brew more potions when she isn't in the back room. She also used magic to make the flat floor plan bigger, much like dimensional magic which she learnt from Lucifer.

Eve didn't get along with the food in the Devildom for the first month of her stay. It made her quite ill, due to her hybrid nature and her body being accustomed to the food in the Human realm.

Eve doesn't really let anyone know that she is a Nepilim. She knows how much the angels in the Celestial Realm dislike Nepilims, especially those like her where they are uncertain of how powerful she could become. The only ones who might know is Diavolo and maybe Simeon and Luke. She is uncertain of what the Demons feel about them.

So she mainly introduces herself as a Witch instead, she might tell a few close friends she has made about it, but she keeps quiet about it. Letting them view her as nothing more than a human/Witch.
