Spot (23) is a diehard Grizzco employee who is very loyal to the company to a fault, due to him being taken in after having been a former octarian soldier and THEN partially sanitized. Piper and Sleet found him wandering around the streets of Splatsville and offered him a job, and he's been at Grizzco ever since. He's a very hard worker who takes his job seriously, and he's very loyal to his friends. He is still technically homeless tho cuz he lives in a janitors closet, but he doesn't mind.
Sleet (21) is a bit of a slacker, but is still a very competent worker. They're smarter than he lets on bc she doesn't like having a bunch of responsibilities dumped on him. They LOVE tinkering with stuff and is always working on some random bullshit instead of doing her job. He used to work at a small antique store before he met and became best friends with Piper, and now they've worked at Grizzco ever since.
Ophelia (36) was one of Grizzco's first workers when it was first established. She has a reputation of being quick, efficient, and silent, landing her the nickname, the One Eyed Ghost. Despite her previously legendary reputation in the company, she grew disillusioned with Grizzco and it's practices, and opted to take on a more hands-off role. She acts as a sort of mentor to the other 3, and has been trying to subtlety get them to quit, but they care about her too much and stay anyway.
Piper (24) is a bubbly and energetic person who is the glue that holds this whole team together. She goes on a lot more shifts than the others, but Unlike Spot, she didn't have any sort of military experience, but due to her being a quick learner she caught on pretty fast and climbed the ranks with ease. She loves going to all the worksites and snapping as many pics as she can and posting them to her blog (though she keeps getting caught and her blogs keep getting taken down). Piper is also a diehard Off The Hook fan.
