Fandom artists. I can't think of many other groups that have brought me as much joy over the years as artists in various fandoms who are kind enough to share their amazing content with the rest of us for free on various platforms. The amount of talent and creativity that's out there is phenomenal & the amount of beautiful art for my fandoms, muses and ships I've seen over the years is just an absolute blessing.
These artists deserve nothing but support and appreciation. With all the negativity in comments and the debates about e.g. ships, it is surprising how many people are still willing to post their passions and I am so very grateful for them. I didn't practice drawing for very long so I can't draw the kind of art I'd like to see even remotely, but there's almost always someone who draws the gorgeous, stunning, funny, sexy thing I wanted to see and posts it online.
This is why I always say: draw/post the thing. Even if you feel like you're the only one who would like it. The chances that you'll make at least a handful of other people happy with are very high – and those will be EXTRA delighted, because they didn't expect someone else to have thought of it.
