So I set the settings to “keep current weight” and “not very active” because my goal is experimentation not malnourishment and I’m not very active everyday (some days I am but there’s an option to add activities) and so far today I’ve had an entire chocolate bar, 1 glass of coke, 6 glasses of milk, and one glass of orange/tangerine juice and I’ve got 743 calories left.

Can you believe it’s been five years to the day since we formed #Mälaren? It’s been a bit hard to record, with the band living in four cities across two continents, but OBS! is definitely on its way!
