I want to be loud and proud about being a hellenic polytheist outside of tumblr and my chosen family. Others opinions don't matter and yet I can't help being afraid. The thought of explaining it someone sounds tiresome. In the end, my faith doesn't need to be open anyway.

Have been focusing on finally healing my trauma lately, and just the amount of stuff that need to unpacked...it is a lot. Also, I don't really think people talk just how terrifying it can be? Having to reteach myself to actually be vulnerable with people and express my emotions IS SO DIFFICULT.

I don't want to look at pretty photos and have to question if they are AI!!!!!! I want to see cute animals and not have to examine the photo to make sure it is real. Or look at gorgeous landscapes and question if they are even real either. Manifesting AI just straight up dying this year. Like to charge, reblog to cast lmfao

the gods show you the version of themselves that you need most, your experiences won't be identical to other worshippers/devotees out there because you are different from others and that's okay. that just adds to how beautiful the connection to the theoi really is.

So, recently I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I thought, being diagnosed after so many years not knowing why I am suffering would bring me lots of happiness. I am glad to finally have a diagnosis, but I'm still empty inside. The pain is still there, I am still disabled.

life update, I'm in my first actually healthy romantic relationship lol.
