It's legal therefore there is technically nothing wrong with it. But it isn't something common.
In most cases where the girl is that much younger it's either because the guy is taking advantage of her age and giving her luxuries, but that's only most cases. But I actually know a couple (same age difference, but the woman is 35 now) where they are together out of love and both have the same income. They got together when she was 27.
I think it's fine since both are adults and mature enough to be in the relationship. It could be tough for the first few years though.
