i'm working on this thing called overthinking i can't stop and it makes no sense why it happens to me writing helps me let go the anxiety and the nervousness i can't stop i want to stop i want to live a normal day everything bores me i need something new to distract myself yesterday i think it was the beginning the beginning of a time where i don't think i just breathe but sometimes it happens again that's what i said it's only the beginning and i hope the thoughts come to an end sometime i won't give up i'll put an end to them
