Brick workout today. 25 miles with Team On Draft (with the 19 mph group since the weather scared most people away) and then 55 minutes running. The humidity and really hitting the diet hard today (it's been 2 weeks since I was allowed to chew again after not being able to for 6 weeks so I've been, um, chewing a lot 🙄) conspired to make running in zone 2 a bigger challenge than I thought it would be. But I got it done. Now doing some recovery before an early morning run tomorrow morning.
