Are there any moments in the game that trigger unique dialogue for your character? (Like Gale’s anecdote about the barfight after you save the goblin prisoner)

When the player finds Auntie Ethel, Adeline will tell them about the time she saved her younger cousin from a hag and warn the player not to be tempted by anything she offers. In act 3 you will find out that this cousin is Adrielle of the Anti-Hag Support Group.

How do they react when the Dark Urge first reveals their amnesia and murderous thoughts to them?

She offers to keep an eye on them and to step in if they seem to be losing control. It is not clear if she's trying to comfort or threaten them, maybe both.

Do they have a special romance scene at the tiefling/goblin party?

Adeline is still in "protector" mode during the party, so it would take some convincing to get her to relax and join in. Any flirting at the party would be one-sided, with the main purpose being to give the player a chance to let her know they're interested. She will try to deter the player, tell them every relationship she's had has fizzled out, mostly because she would always put her responsabilities as a paladin first, and that's about as far as the scene would go.
