Found this Gif on Discord and had the really funny thought of "hey what if I gave Rocket a partner"

Anyway, here's Rocket's partner Ignis. They are essentially an alien that looks like a Fennec Fox. (excuse to use my new watercolors)
Some lore stuff for them:
Ignis' lower jaw opens into 3 different parts (lines on their snout). Think of a Sangheli (Halo) but with 3 parts instead of 4. Talking and eating is the only time it looks like a regular jaw.
Ex-Merc who was on retirement when the Guardians found them again
Married Rocket back when both were young adults. Nose ring is their equivalent of a wedding band
Had a falling out with Rocket but neither could get divorced cause they accidentally chose the one type of marriage where divorce is not allowed (essentially they became separated)
4 arms cause I say so
Proficient in martial combat. Prefers melee weapons compared to guns
Lost an eye and replaced it with a robotic one (Not Rocket's fault but an ex-team member)
Prefers old style armor compared to new age space armor
Was the first to learn what Rocket had been through
