Danger level: Plague. Dr. Ljung seems immune to the weaponized strains of diseases he uses. Known for infection and blackmail, and his work in tailored diseases making his attacks highly specialized, and all the more difficult to trace to his intended target.

Operation: Independent, Due to personality and modus operandi Dr. Ljung doesn’t work with other villains long, last partnership ended with [REDACTED] being infected and killed.

Numbers Station|Open|Anya

Anya fell into deep breaths after she finished reciting the names and death dates if people into a microphone. Her hair was like static and her eyes glowing an eerie blue. Tears stainer her cheeks and she let out mournful, exasperated screams. She saw the light go off, and the radio broadcast was over. She collapsed onto the ground in mourning wails for those who were soon to die. When she regained composure she left the studio, and received her check. She didn't necessarily enjoy her job or abusing her powers, but the pay was unmatched to any other job she could get. Once she left the building, she leaned against the wall and covers her face, needing to relax for a minute before walking home.

"oh, uhm, that's, weird." Celeste was shifting nervously as her neighbor told her during the night all of the eggs in their chickens coop had been taken. "I definitely don't know anything about someone stealing eggs." A guilty feeling sank down into her stomach.

Scared Siren|Open|Alto

Alto burst through the door and almost immediately collapsed into a tight ball, sobbing and shaking as he sat on the floor. His shirt was ripped, and his pants seemed to have been hastily fashioned up. His hair was a mess, strands of blue with blonde roots tossed every which way. Something obviously had happened, something bad.
