I was torn between the song that has become the Ordona anthem and this one, but since I have been mildly obsessed with it since I heard it a month or so ago, behold the song that has become the anthem for the first time she kills the Emperor, What It Sounds Like from KPop Demon Hunters

When I tell you I RAN to put this on Aja's playlist after I heard it the first time, I'm serious. I have never been into kpop whatsoever (auditory processing and the rapid swap between languages doesn't mix well 🤷‍♀️) but I got curious about all the hype and one: holy cow Golden really does live up to the hype and I love it, but also oh my gosh this is the most Aja-ist Aja song to ever exist.

Well, this is a good one for why this playlist makes me double over and assume the fetal position all over again, lol.

This one has a lot to do with the ~final act of the game, in particular. Where all of those loyalties start to come into conflict - loyalty and love for Constantin as the only family he has left, as someone that's been by his side for almost longer than he can remember aught else, and that set against the rising burden of... knowing.

Andre found the answers he was tasked with finding from the beginning, and... in grappling with what that knowing has made of him, what was made of him without his knowing before that, and with the awareness of how terribly, terribly wrong things are threatening to go..? Were all the secrets worth it? Does it actually change anything?

How do you deny what's so clearly wrong in front of you? How can you reconcile that with the tender youth you lost? Is there such a thing as reconciling it?

There's an objectively correct choice.

A small part of him still wonders if it's... right. Does how wrong the rest of the path to get here was make that.. right?

And how is he going to live with any of it? Can he? Does he want to?

I'm not a Swiftie, I like some of the earlier albums, but I gave this one a curious listen and the first time I heard this song I turned into the Spider-Man pointing meme and went CHRYS PLAYLIST. TOP OF CHRYS PLAYLIST.

Like the country-fied Nascar vibes? Not her thing at all. BUT, I grew up listening to it and it's just anchored itself in my head as Her Song, okay? It's just the vibe of freedom, going fast, nothing holding you back that fits a smuggler like her so perfectly.

🎙️ - Can you think of a song that the oc would sing along to? for Ulfran and Ahuska

Ahuska sings along to everything, all the time, haha. She'll sing along to the radio, she'll sing along with buskers, you better believe she knows every word to Vode An, she'll sing along to her own accompaniment; her voice isn't particularly refined and and she can be a little shy about it if she feels like she has an audience, but she gets a lot of joy out if it. She definitely loves musicals and you can probably catch her singing or humming 'Rewrite the Stars' often enough, no matter what universe you catch her in, and she will absolutely change her voice to do both parts if nobody else is around to join in.

Ulfran is a lot harder to catch in the act! Maybe in his younger years he'd have turned on the charm and serenaded with 'Your Song' but nowadays you'd probably have to stumble on him deeply absorbed in his work, murmuring something in an ancient, dead language, to a tune he probably picked up from a Force ghost. Something sounding a little like this, perhaps, wouldn't be out of place, but don't let him know you heard.

Okay so considering I have two lengthy playlists dedicated to this girl, there are an awful lot of songs that remind me of her in some way, hahaha! So I'll offer one of the more recent additions, which just gave me a wonderful sense of 'oh! That's about her!!' the first time I heard it - 'Blue Eyed Girl' by The Arcadian Wild. It's cute, and sweet, and has some wonderfully appropriate lyrics, and she'd likely melt if one of the Important People in her life ever sang it to her!

(Runner-ups are ELO's 'Mister Blue Sky', 'Rewrite the Stars' from the Greatest Showman, and 'Howls the Wolf' from Wolfwalkers.)

This is kind of fun because I am terrible at making playlists, so it makes me think about why I chose a song.

All I did was try my best This the kind of thanks I get? Unrelentlessly upset (ah, ah, ah) They say these are the golden years But I wish I could disappear Ego crush is so severe God, it's brutal out here

Brutal is kind of where Kit was between Shadowbringers and Endwalker. It's a good little snapshot of her mind as she made the shift from Warrior to Dark Knight. When she set down the axe she used to kill the love of her life, right on the tail of killing someone she loved in a complicated way she doesn't fully understand, and picked up this great big fuck you sword she found on a dead guy she thought she saved.

Only to find out she hadn't saved him at all, and hallucinated an entire relationship with him.

Kit was so, so young when all of this happened. I think Olivia really summed up that feeling of helplessness a teenager in her situation was having.
