another look into young gale and splarnya...they're in their late teens/early adulthood here. the scenario here would be that splarnya and her family travel through waterdeep again many years later, and gale spots a familiar woman he can't quite place. btw gale's dumb little ponytail and stupid peach fuzz moustache are so important to me

“You're seriously telling me you've never painted your nails?” Splarnya paused thoughtfully before shaking her head. “Never.” A beat. “I always thought they were pretty though!” She quickly added, as if that would somehow make her previous statement any less astonishing. Shadowheart could only stare in judgemental disbelief. - Splarnya and Shadowheart have some girl time and get to know each other better. Splarnya is excruciatingly bad at hiding her feelings for Gale and Shadowheart is excruciatingly bad at feelings period.
