darkwood resources post :3
decided to do some spreads to see how diverse my casts are
this isn't even close to all my guys and this set is missing ripoffs but that's under construction so two characters are missing
also i forgot a flag on night's.... she's demisexual
can't sleep so have facts about my ocs
today's facts: why notch and Lilly's younger siblings hate them being together so much!! (Aside from the obvious "get away from my sibling")
hero - hero hates lilly because she took notch's attention away from him! he understands notch having other friends and that's fine but there's a certain amount of intimacy that was pretty much reserved for hero and very rarely anyone else. Notch is his favorite person and something in him is not only offended but even downright confused that he isn't notch's favorite. Also he's mildly convinced lilly put a spell on him because in private he absolutely fawns over her and hero literally doesn't understand
evan - evan hates notch because he's everything he isn't and wants to be. It isn't an aspiration, he does want to be LIKE notch, but he wants what he has. To be well-liked, to have a decent friend group, to be a perfect child both parents adore, to fit in. Notch has everything Evan doesn't. Notch also makes him incredibly mad because evan perceives him as being too sugary and nice and for whatever reason sees any niceness notch gives him as having ulterior motives and doesn't trust it... that, or it feels patronizing.
styr - in part he's following evan on hating notch just out of principal, but he does genuinely share the same opinion about him being a little too nice. He is more okay with his presence, though, and his distrust comes more from his association with hero
