Here's my latest idea and the first one posted since it's eating my brain. This was the quickest way to write it without losing my train of thought. I have come to the conclusion that I just took KeanBlade's sandbox and just added my own toys to it. Their writing is amazing, though. Parts of the Uchiha culture will be pulled from Umei no Mei's Compass of Thy Soul. I have to Adult so I can't polish it up right now. Let me know what you think!

Madara and Izuna had brothers, right? I'm not sure how I know it, but I remember that one of them died because of the trap set by Senju Clan. Suppose a boy wasn’t killed, but he was wounded and imprisoned. Young Tobirama find a bleeding Uchiha (only idiot don’t recognizes Uchiha).On the one hand, he’is Uchiha, on the other hand he’s only a child. He watches the wound and states that the boy will never be able to become a Shinobi. Without guilt, he stops the bleeding: it's not that little Uchiha will ever become a threat to the Senju Clan.
Tobirama explains the condition of his leg to the young Uchiha. The boy cries screams and pleads because he wants to be a shinobi. For the sake of peace, Tobirama says there's no way to cure him, but one day he can discover a way to help him.
Tobirama feel Madara's chacra and before he goes away, he tells young Uchiha that he can't tell anyone about him.
The years pass. Brother Madara has long ago accepted his fate, but he knows that the boy with red eyes saved his life and kept their meeting in secret. Tobirama ...? Tobirama knows that he will never heal a potential enemy to kill his Kin, but the old promise forces him to do research. I see Tobirama as someone like Kabuto. His natural healing abilities are small, but he has great knowledge about human anatomy, masterful chakra controls and precision. He initiated the practice of surgery as a way of treating more complex injuries. No one knows that his inspiration was the younger Uchiha.
They will meet again during peace talks. The youngest of the brothers Uchiha became an adviser to Madara and persuaded him to accept the proposal of peace. And yes. He knows who his savior was. Izuna has never shut up about that anoying albino and thousands of ways to kill him.

It was like this, every day since her marriage to that man, the ink drying against her skin cruelly sealing her fate.
Her body would wake her early against the cold futon, her tasks divided into organizing, buying food, and cleaning her husband's house with obedience and dedication, without making a sound.
After finishing, she would prepare dinner for the Senju man who would arrive from work at the Hokage Tower and a hot bath, always keeping her gaze downcast.
He would only be rude and harsh with his words to push her away, ignoring her daily efforts to make his life more comfortable.
Everything seemed to worsen when she discovered through rumors that Senju Tobirama, her husband, was sleeping with a foreign Uzumaki kunoichi because she was intelligent and breathtakingly beautiful.
Miho wasn't a woman with bright red hair or lilac eyes; her beauty was traditional Uchiha, with her dark purple hair and onyx eyes, and delicate features.

Unlike other times, Miho didn't shed tears of regret and shame, mourning the fact that she wasn't loved because she was in a political marriage.
Her steps led her to Tobirama's office in silence. The man was wearing blue armor and seemed to be preparing to leave the room. His red eyes narrowed as he saw her standing in the doorway.
"What do you want, Uchiha?" Tobirama asked coldly.
Her heart pounded, begging for release from her past sufferings caused by this cruel man, the same man she watched fondly as she lay down to sleep.
"Senju-sama… I like you," Miho blurted out, masking the pain in her chest with a smile.
The man only blinked and snorted, the clicks of his armor heard throughout the office as Senju walked past, ignoring her words.
The door closed with a sharp thud, the bitter taste making tears flow, and her chest heaved, sobs escaping her.
Perhaps Uchiha Miho would one day be freed from this cage of painful feelings, though she knew it wouldn't be in this lifetime.
