an office technician and Georgie's one friend I suppose.

also a member of the secret clique i gotta stop writing character descriptions in a format that sounds so god damn dumb. anyways he's prolly the deuteragonist. he also like to build stuff, and collects marbles. many certain items are important to him because it symbolizes the people he knows or knew. he also likes alt rock music!

his position in both the company and the clique is an obscure one. in the company he's the chill "chum" that you shake hands with once, chats to regularly but only when it's about yourself. while in the clique people pile up on him and acts as if they all know him personally. what im trying to say is Dev's daily life is pretty uh. stressful. in which he has to cope using his personal interests, little different from Georgie because Georgie uses his "Spongebob SquarePants" personality and obsession with productivity to constantly boosts himself under berating.

the scar came from tripping water spills while trying to grab a wire cutter :(
