⤷ Years after graduating, Ruby Lovell has become a rising Broadway star, spending her days under bright stage lights and her nights performing to sold-out audiences. Meanwhile, Brittany Pierce has built a successful career as the host of a quirky, beloved television chat show known for its humor and unexpected sincerity. When Ruby is invited onto the show to promote her latest musical, neither of them expects their instant connection. What begins as playful on-air chemistry soon turns into late-night phone calls, shared laughter, and the realisation that neither of them can stop thinking about the other.
During a Pride Month special, Brittany invites Ruby back onto the show to talk about love, identity, and following your dreams. Surrounded by red decorations symbolising love and courage, the conversation becomes unexpectedly personal as they reflect on their journey from strangers to something much more. At what point do they realise they’ve fallen in love, and how do they choose to celebrate that love in front of an audience that is cheering them on?
