   Leanne ‘Lee’ Sanders was there that day at Central Park. The day that everything precious was lost. Her sister, brother-in-law, niece, and nephew…all gone. Or so she was led to believe. Almost a year after, the wounds are fresher than ever, and Lee still can’t cope. Blocking herself off in her apartment for months on end. Her mind, a mess of anxiety and grief. Living off what was left of her savings and inheritance. Knowing that she needs to get it together was easier said than done. If only she could cross that threshold. If there was something, someone that could keep her grounded. Will that change when she learns Frank’s still alive? What lengths will she go through to get a piece of her family back? Lee’s heart is game for anything, now it’s just a matter of whether she can fight tooth and nail through the barriers of her psyche to get what she wants.
