Kana Hale! She's an old oc from 2018 or so. She's cursed with the ability to see the future or the past, never the present. She's an inventor and an engineer by trade.
She wanted to have normal sight, and her wish was almost granted but a slight bit of hesitation from her meant she ended up with four eyes instead. One sees the past, two see the present, one sees the future.
Eventually she ended up becoming a dragon god of time. She's an rp character from 2018, don't ask questions.
