The stories I try to write are set between 2070 and 2080. That's a lot of time where a lot of things can happen.

This artwork was an excuse to flesh out Marco's team as I had started to write how he met Stinky during a job. They only had names and a Vibe™. Some, like Jumper, where supposed to die first chapter in but euh... I got attached? I mean, look at her face, she's my baby now u_u She'll just die later.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun giving them faces and looks, my favorite one being Mantis.

Mantis, also known as Marie Kern. Early 40s, Swiss.

The bug auntie. She genuinely cares about everyone, brings cookies during the briefings and remembers the birthday dates. Got a problem? Mantis will always try to help you. However, being the Gossip Queen, she is unable to keep a secret.

She loves looking unsettling, and will find any excuses to show off her augmented body. She's also a techno girl, so working in a bikini as a bartender/dancer in a nightclub is the perfect job for her.

Rumored to be a cannibal.
