i designed these guys like a year ago and was like "ah what if i designed them again but better"
howdy, long time no see! it’s been a very crazy uh. 5 months. but i’ve decided to restart on neo, so i’ve got some new characters! these guys work together in the critically underfunded and understaffed Dream Studies Department at the Oyster Institute. i’ll go into more detail with these guys sooner, i’ve got a lot to say about ‘em and the spooky town they live in.
