romsir makes most of their living building and repairing starships. after earth was destroyed, they threw themself into schooling as a coping method and eventually came away with the equivalent of doctoral degrees in aerospace engineering and astrophysics. volta (an alien called a talivert) was in most of romsir's classes and they quickly struck up a friendship and later a professional relationship. romsir owns and operates their own deepspace repair station, and volta acts as their second in command. most of voltas job consists of trying to keep romsir from working themself into an early grave

When she’s not on patrol or at the Academy, your friend Volta can usually be found at the Druid’s Rest. This quiet little eatery is just across the river and it serves some of the best food in the city. They even accept AcademyPoints there! Why not treat yourself to something nice? You’ve earned it.

Sometimes I like to think about the kind of flavour text and stuff the hypothetical Cyberscape JRPG would have. Make sure to make out your social link with Volta if you want the true ending btw.

Volta and Lux-Cyber are the deuteragonists of the hypothetical JRPG that forms the back-bone of my Cyberscape setting! A shy nerd, Volta (real name Valeria) doesn’t have many friends at the city’s Academy, but she is a competent Netcaster and really comes into her own when fused as Lux-Volta. She and Lux-Cyber are responsible for finding the protagonist within the Cyberscape, saving them and introducing them to the world.

@cheetour​ has made some posts for the Cyberscape setting already, but I want to start properly compiling them together. I’ll probably drop some lore tidbits at Some Point, but for now, just character pieces.
