Planning on updating his design since this art is old. His lore is very simple. He was once known as Prince Helio, he and Princess/Prince Serenity/Serine would often hang out with each other. He possessed the Ruby Crystal of The Sun. One of the most powerful Crystals in the universe. When the war began Queen Nehlina got greedy and wanted the three main Crystals in the Solar System. Those were the Silver, Golden and Ruby one ofcourse. She failed to do this however and the Silver Millennium fell, taking the young royals lives. I should also mention that he has his own Sailor Scout Group. They are the outer senshi, in s3 nit only are they looking to stop Sailor Saturn but also find their prince. Elio is dating Pluto's son my boyfriend's OC (@muerder-snail ). When Elio/Helio passed he was heart broken, feeling like he didn't do his duty as a Garudian and as a boyfriend. Now he joins his mom and aunts to find him.
