“NO!! I don’t trust you, why are you here?! How did you even find us out in the middle of nowhere? You're here to assassinate Lord Tengen aren't you!!” The woman blurted, pointing a kunai knife towards the other.
There was another woman that shook like a leaf threatened to fall from a branch at the slightest breeze. She said nothing but she DID look worried as well for the life of her husband. Now that Makio mentioned that the woman probably came here to kill their husband then..maybe it's true. “Oh noooooo, we can’t let you kill Lord Tengen.”
Then there was the calm and collective one of the three, Kinatsuru simply observed the woman. There was no hostility from her, no malicious intent either, if anything she might be here to achieve information. “Let’s not jump to conclusions, she might not even be hostile.”
ALL of this and the man in question didn’t even get to voice his opinion as he simply stood behind them dumbfounded and silent. Were they REALLY going to just hop in front of him like that to protect him from a person that might not even be an enemy? Yes they were in the middle of the forest and it was a cesspool for bandits and other criminals, but as Hinatsuru stated she looked anything but hostile, he couldn’t ‘hear’ anything that would warrant the woman before them.
So, he slowly steps forward, ahead of the three of them to face the woman. “Excuse my two flashy wives, They're quick to jump the gun but their hearts are always in the right place.” It’s why he loves them to be honest, taking a quick glance at the two with a grin before facing the stranger once again. “So, now that we’re on topic, what ARE you doing here?”
